At John Humenik Ministries, we value your support and aim to ensure your

satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our general refund policy

for merchandise and other physical products purchased through our website.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery,

provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return or refund:

Digital products or downloads

Perishable or personalized items

Donation gifts (unless damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify

you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the

refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is

due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
